Your details are just as important, as Casting and Talent Reps can use them as search filters.  To update, log into INDUSTRY INBOX, on the MY ACCOUNT page, edit these options as appropriate: 

We have had some Reps want to reach out to Performers, but the Perfomers did not leave contact info. So if you are interested in hearing from Casting or Reps, you should make sure your links include a way to contact you.  

2) Create & Send cards

Currently there are over 80 amazing Casting Professionals and Talent Reps on the INDUSTRY INBOX platform with more joining as they learn about us.   Now is a great time to engage and introduce yourself!  

Periodlically, we will send you ideas of ways to get and stay on the radar of our Casting Directors. If they have a project coming out and you want to send them a CONGRATULATIONS CARD, or if something they said on a podcast or in a book made an impact on you and you want to send a THANK YOU CARD. These are all very appropriate ways to reach out without making it all about you, while subtly getting your material in front of them. 

If you have a free account and can't send cards, but are ready to send a campaign, you can sign in and go to MY ACCOUNT and scroll down to UPDATE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION to upgrade.

Make sure to utilize the various options available on your postcard so you can customize to your preference.

3) emoji replies

Casting Directors and Talent Reps set alerts through the systems to find out when they have unread postcards. They can be notified by the hour, week or month (they can also log in whenever they want). We have noticed that most choose to be notified once a month if they haven't logged in on their own. So don't be surprised if you don't see an emoji reply from them for a while, and then all of a sudden they all seem to reply on the same day. It just means that's when they got their notification email.

Keep checking back for updates. This is where Casting and Reps are posting their events, courses, books, podcasts,etc.  Updated periodically! 

5) news letter & updates

About once a month, we will email you about the new Casting Directors, Agents and Managers who have signed up.

These emails will also tell you about new functions available on INDUSTRY INBOX.

We will also tell you about any upcoming SPECIAL EVENTS we are holding. If you have an ANNUAL membership, you will be invited to participate and a new SPECIAL EVENTS postcard category will be unlocked.
